Țerova Valley Industrial Park
Valea Țerovei Industrial Park is a 26.9 ha modern, fully equipped site ready for investors. 21 private companies are already active in the development area, with €22.7 million private funds already invested in new production facilities. These generate over 1,500 jobs, and another 1,000 jobs are planned according to the expansion plans communicated by the companies active in the targeted area.
The Valea Țerovei Industrial Park is managed by the Reșița Local Development Agency, as a dedicated entity of the Municipality of Reșița.

situated midway between the dense neighborhood of Govândari and the old neighborhoods and the city center of Reșița;

Investors can further purchase the concessioned land on request by negotiation, based on a minimum price set by an external independent evaluation report.
