Outside of the Valea Țerovei Industrial Park, there are six more investment opportunities in Reșița. One of them is situated on the outskirts of the city, towards Soceni, three of them are situated in the Moniom area, while the remaining two are located in the Lend area.
The plots are either pasture or flat lands and some of them include buildings. All of them have electricity, while the presence of water, sewerage and gas depends on the plot of land (some of them are fully equipped, while some are only partially equipped).
