Joahann Harchovi lived in Germany for 20 years before starting his investment in Reșița by opening Prodmec 21 years ago. The company is in the field of mechanical processing and pneumatic actuation in the energy field working mostly for exports to Germany, Belgium, Czech Republic and Italy. The investment was supported individually throughout all the years of existence. Mr. Harchovi is mentioning that in production one invests not for immediate profits, but only for the future generation. The company invested in people with the belief that a company is good only to the extent in which the people working for it are good. The investments in training, along the years, have reached 300 000EUR. Nowadays, Mr. Ioan Inasal, the administrator, leads the team and the production and Mr. Harchovi is training the students of the professional and dual school.
