Geta Feieș had crazy guts to enter the business world by opening Gradimex; she is the mother and the mentor of Cristiana, offering to the young daughter her first work place at 18 years old. At 23 years old, Cristiana Feieș becomes the head of the store, working 12 to 13 hours daily in her first 3 years. At present times she leads the business herself and has 12 employees she relies on. She is proud of her team. Cristiana loves Reșița and could not live in a bigger city, especially because she feels you can do well in your hometown. The next step for Cristiana Feieș is opening a new store and a touristic establishment.
