Karina Parfenie, as an engineer in fine mechanics, returned to Reșița for her family and opened a shop selling auto parts. In 2002 she bought the land on which today her auto service works reaching so far 48 employees. Memory Serv handles maintenance and auto repairs, but also the distribution and trade of auto parts for the entire district. For a sustainable business, investments in people were doubled by investments in technology. Memory Serv was the first service in Romania to work under the Automeister franchise, which requested a high level of technology for licensing.

In the same space, Karina Parfenie launched Memory Bistro, a restaurant with good taste for design and atmosphere, with healthy food that even fits the demands of vegetarians.
