The industry of recycling is one of the future, believes Leonard Leinstein, the one who established Spaleck at Reșița in 2007, producing machinery for the recycling lines for the mother company in Germany. He started with a team of 4 people that are still part of the company, reaching today a total of 35 employees and having plans of extension for 10-15 more employees.

Mr. Leonard Leinstein says that Reșița is not just an experiment, I believe in the future for my family, for my 3 children. Spaleck is a partner for the Reșița Dual School program, preparing highschool people for their professional future. Leonard Leinstein is directly involved in the training and the character formation of the 9 young people of the Dual School.
