Claudiu Uzoni

The father of Claudiu Uzoni started to prepare meat rolls (“mici” in Romanian) on the celebration days of the town in the ‘90s. He opened the butchery in 2010 that starting 2016 is managed by Claudiu Uzoni, after he gave up on a position in a corporation. Now he sells Romanian pork meat, with the promise of quality, no preservatives, produced entirely by the family. The market is looking for traditional and clean products throughout the year, but Claudiu says that the actual hit is in December. In present times, the business is in the hands of 10 employees. For the future, Mr. Uzoni is planning a full renovation of the butchery under a new concept and promoting Reșița through materials at the disposal of the locals: did you know that in Reșița there are 7 tulip trees, “tulpani” that blossom every 4 years?

Entrepreneurship is constant reinvention.
